Frequently asked questions
What documents are required for car rental?
A valid driver's license and ID card are required. In case of card payment, the cardholder must be present in person.
What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum 1-day rental is possible. For longer-term rentals, please request a custom quote.
Where can I pick up the rented car?
Our cars can be picked up during business hours at our Budapest (11th district, 2-4 Méhész St. or 3 Hajó St.) and Székesfehérvár locations.
Is it possible to take the rented car abroad?
Yes, under certain conditions, with prior consultation and permission. Please contact our colleagues.
What is the amount of the deposit?
The deposit amount depends on the car category, typically ranging between € 100,000 and 300,000. It is fully refunded upon return if there is no damage.
When is the earliest I can pick up the selected car?
By default, for pickup at our Budapest location, the earliest possible day is the next business day; for pickup at our Székesfehérvár location, if the next business day would be tomorrow, the earliest possible pickup is only on the second business day from today. If you need the vehicle sooner, please discuss the options with our colleagues at one of the phone numbers above.
